We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support the apparel production process from pre-production through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and has experience independently managing production orders and maintaining a WIP report.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the production lifecycle from pre-production to final delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, maintain timelines, and ensure smooth workflow execution
  • Review and cross-check purchase orders, cut tickets, buy sheets, and tech packs for accuracy
  • Work directly with vendors to build and manage Time and Action calendars
  • Maintain production records and Work-in-Progress reports
  • Follow up daily on approvals and pre-production milestones to keep timelines on track
  • Monitor testing procedures for fabric, yarns, trims, and finished garments to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot production and pre-production issues, including delivery and shipment-related concerns
  • Partner with Quality Assurance teams to support inspection standards and product quality
  • Manage vendor compliance and review packing instructions, labels, tags, UPCs, and related documentation
  • Track shipping activity, review packing lists, and resolve quantity or pre-pack discrepancies
  • Assist with post-production issue resolution, including shortages, chargebacks, returns, and cancellations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in apparel production coordination or a related production role
  • Strong knowledge of garment production processes, materials, and quality standards
  • Experience independently managing production orders and owning a WIP report
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and directly with external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with production management tools is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge of vendor compliance and international shipping regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textiles, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
