Product Marketing Manager

Founding Product Marketing Manager | AI Startup | San Francisco or New York

We're looking for a Founding Product Marketer to own product marketing end-to-end at a fast-growing AI company. You'll be the first PMM hire, reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership over positioning, launches, sales enablement, and brand voice.

What you'll do:

• Define positioning, messaging, and narrative as the platform and category evolve
• Lead product launches end-to-end from strategy to execution
• Enable sales teams with pitch decks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides
• Be the voice of the customer and bring insights back to influence roadmap and pricing
• Build the PMM function from scratch

What we're looking for:

• 5–10 years of product marketing experience for technical products (dev tools, AI/ML, infrastructure SaaS)
• Senior judgment and craft with a hands-on approach
• Strong written communication across every format

Compensation:

• $175K–$200K base salary
• Meaningful early-stage equity

Location: San Francisco or New York, 5 days in-office (with flexibility for hybrid after an initial ramp period)
