We are seeking a growth-centric, excellence-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an onsite hybrid position at our Texas Headquarters in Arlington (typically onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs and remote Mon/Fri). For the right candidate, this position may be based at another office location or remotely.


Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in enhancing brand visibility and increasing revenue by providing end-to-end workflow support on campaigns and creating various marketing materials, such as one-pagers, custom decks, and digital banners. This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer/Chief of Staff and collaborates with internal and external partner stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of partnership assets and marketing programs.


The Marketing Manager is a true brand fan and ensures all marketing materials align with brand requirements and standards.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute innovative marketing campaigns with partners to drive brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain B2B and partnership marketing materials, including assets for advertising sales, distribution, and partnership proposals.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with Great American Media’s brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as Creative and Product, to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver a seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage the implementation and execution of partnership agreements by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations and deliverables.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic brand initiatives, such as podcasts, book club, Pure Flix Premium, and virtual screenings.
  • Support CRM marketing efforts through the coordination and scheduling of email campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing across brands.
  • Monitor, track and report progress on various campaigns and partnership agreements to executive leadership.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitive activity, and marketplace developments, delivering relevant insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Assist with Distribution planning, execution, and tracking of contracted affiliate Media Buys.
  • Maintain and regularly update the GAM affiliate website to reflect current marketing and content priorities.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work outside of standard business hours based on business needs (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience executing marketing campaigns and tactical project plan deliverables.
  • 2+ years’ experience using Canva and similar programs to create marketing assets such as one-pagers, custom pitch decks, and digital banners.
  • Familiarity with digital performance marketing campaigns and the creative assets, formats, and channels that support campaign objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms and basic understanding of email campaign execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Adept at prioritization of tasks and workload.


Working Conditions

This position is in an office environment and may require some travel.The hybrid schedule typically consists of being onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and remote Monday/Friday.


Depending on the candidate’s location, we may consider a fully remote position.
