Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging coating technologies, competitive trends, and customer needs across North America.
- Own P&L performance for the coatings portfolio, driving pricing, segmentation, and margin optimization initiatives.
- Lead customer engagements, including visits, technical consultations, product demonstrations, and key account management.
- Build and maintain value-based pricing frameworks, sales enablement tools, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support innovation and ensure product excellence.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including rationalization, innovation roadmaps, and new product introductions.
- Monitor product KPIs, report performance to leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory and EHS requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years in product management, marketing, technical sales, or related industrial B2B roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to define and execute product strategies in manufacturing or coatings industries.
- Must have experience in Foundry, Coatings, or Refractory
- Track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects across regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
