We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our core product lines. This role works closely with engineering, marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and drive product growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of core products, including product enhancements, extensions, and retirement strategies.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Drive product profitability through strategic pricing and the development of new revenue opportunities.
- Work with marketing and market development teams to define product messaging, positioning, and target customers.
- Support go-to-market strategies, including sales tools, product materials, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Lead beta and pilot programs to gather customer feedback and improve early-stage products.
- Maintain product data, pricing, and configurations in internal systems.
- Provide product training and ongoing support for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret market research, technical documentation, and business data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
