Our client, a global leader in the convenience retail industry, is seeking a Senior Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in product management and UX. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Product and requires a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of users (consumers, merchants, and operators) and leverage that insight to identify problems and design effective solutions.
• Conduct and analyze stakeholder feedback, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure products meet user needs.
• Collaborate with senior management to create and execute the product roadmap across multiple functions.
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
• Provide creative recommendations to expand product vision, track usage, and measure impact on end users.
• Produce and review product requirement documents, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, UX, analytics, legal, compliance, and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Product Manager role with at least 2 years leading product teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in Microservices architecture, APIs, SQL, and managing tech platforms.
• Analytical Rigor: Proven track record of making data-driven decisions that improve products, teams, and business outcomes.
• Execution & Leadership: A "doer" who builds trust, inspires teams, and drives projects to completion across diverse disciplines.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence; able to explain technical concepts and AI/data insights clearly to all stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Platform Experience & Collaboration

• Practical experience managing technology platforms and digital products.
• Will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, UX, analytics, legal, compliance, and engineering.
• Responsible for ensuring product releases are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.
