Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury | St. Louis, MO

Position Details:

• Practice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation focus)
• Location: St. Louis, MO
• Work Style: Full-time with flexible hours; office closes at 4 p.m. on Fridays; Hybrid Schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $100,000–$150,000, plus quarterly performance bonuses
• 70% coverage on medical insurance for employees and dependents

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, insurance defense, or similar practice area. Pre-Litigation experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri; Illinois license is a plus
• Strong writing, research, and interpersonal communication skills
