We are seeking a proactive communicator, strategic thinker, and relationship-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This position blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution across media relations, influencer partnerships, crisis communications, integrated campaign management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Leadership
- Serve as the strategic lead for client accounts, facilitating planning sessions and developing integrated communications strategies.
- Provide senior-level counsel, proactively identifying opportunities and delivering measurable business impact.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client industries, monitoring trends and news to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and brand expansions.
- Develop compelling narratives, positioning frameworks, messaging, and educational content that translate brand heritage into culturally relevant storytelling.
- Leverage consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
- Conceptualize large-scale campaigns and media opportunities aligned with emerging trends.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid media, PR, social, eCommerce, experiential, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- Drive creative publicity initiatives to increase awareness and strengthen brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong media relationships; oversee the creation and distribution of press materials and media outreach.
- Manage paid influencer programs, including contract negotiation, briefing, deliverables oversight, and KPI alignment.
- Define and track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on ROI insights.
Reputation & Crisis Management
- Act as a primary contact for high-level client issues and sensitive communications.
- Lead crisis response efforts, including sentiment monitoring, risk assessment, messaging development, and reputation management.
Leadership & Team Development
- Contribute to senior leadership initiatives focused on culture, morale, operational efficiency, and growth.
- Mentor and manage a team of communications professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Create structured development plans for direct reports, offering coaching and growth opportunities.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team environment.
Business Development
- Support new business efforts through strategic pitches, presentations, and proposal development.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth and expanded partnerships.
Operational Excellence
- Support timely execution of client strategies and ensure delivery against objectives.
- Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Contribute to refining internal processes and best practices to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- 6–7 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related fields (agency, fashion, or lifestyle experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success managing client accounts and leading strategic communications initiatives.
- Established relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and measuring ROI.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Proficiency in PR and analytics platforms (e.g., media monitoring tools, influencer platforms, analytics software, and Microsoft Office Suite).
