A growing and highly respected Ohio plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its Cleveland office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to handle impactful, high-value cases while joining a collaborative and expanding team.

You will work on serious injury and medical negligence matters, helping clients navigate life-changing events while pursuing meaningful results.

Responsibilities

1. Manage plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution
2. Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and negotiations
3. Work with medical experts and liability experts and evaluate damages and case strategy
4. Attend hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings

Qualifications

1. J.D. from accredited law school
2. Licensed and in good standing in Ohio (or ability to waive/admit promptly)
3. Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation
4. Client-focused mindset with strong professionalism

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000-$220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
