A growing and highly respected plaintiff-side law firm in Cincinnati is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex cases while gaining hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy development
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations, negotiations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with senior attorneys on high-exposure matters

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Ohio Bar license (required)
• Experience in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation preferred
• Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
