� The role
You’ll handle complex medical malpractice defense matters with meaningful autonomy:
- Manage your own caseload from inception to resolution
- Lead depositions, hearings, and court appearances
- Work directly with healthcare clients (hospitals, physicians, insurers)
- Collaborate with experienced partners on high-value litigation strategy
- Develop toward trial responsibility
✅ What they’re looking for
- 2–5+ years’ litigation experience
- Medical malpractice defense experience
- Strong deposition + discovery experience
- Ability to review and interpret medical records
- Trial exposure (or clear trajectory toward it)
- Admitted in New Hampshire (or ability to waive in)
- Stable background + strong communication skills
