Trial Attorney (Personal Injury & Med Mal Focus) - Bala Cynwyd, PA - HYBRID
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a focus on Medical Malpractice to join a growing, trial-driven plaintiff-side practice in Bala Cynwyd. This role is ideal for a litigation-minded attorney who has already taken at least one case to trial and is eager to work on complex, high-impact matters.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary starting at $150,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases from intake through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Review and analyze medical records and work closely with retained experts
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania (New Jersey a plus)
- At least one jury trial experience as lead or first chair
- Demonstrated experience handling medical malpractice litigation
