Position Available:

Physical Therapist, Outpatient & Inpatient in a Hospital Setting

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver care in hospital outpatient setting.
• Actively participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary communication.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate, timely records.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Valid driver’s license.
