Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our facility The role involves evaluating patients' physical conditions for multi-joint needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapy regimens to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes and educating patients about post-treatment care are key aspects of this role. Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques to help patients recover and regain mobility.
• Strong background in Patient Care and Home Care, emphasizing patient-centered treatment and education for long-term wellness.
• Knowledge of Medicine relevant to the field of orthopedics and physical rehabilitation.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist and compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
