Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orthopedic Physical Therapist role based in Brooklyn, NY. The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized plans of care that may integrate Pilates-based and functional movement approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing thorough assessments, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educating patients on injury prevention and home programs, and documenting care in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves close communication with patients, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and collaborating with other team members to support continuity of care. The therapist will help uphold a safe, inclusive, and respectful clinic environment while contributing to quality improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in Physical Therapy, with experience in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care and clear patient education.
  • Ability to provide welcoming, professional Customer Service in a boutique clinical setting.
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in New York.
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience; familiarity with Pilates or interest in Pilates-based rehab is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage a part-time caseload on-site in Brooklyn, NY.
