Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually ($33.65 - $40.87/hour), depending on experience

Position Summary
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
- Educate families and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to support patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
- Bachelor's Degree accepted only if obtained through a transitional accreditation pathway
- Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
