A well-established and fast-paced personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team in New York City. This is a fully on-site opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is eager to support cases from inception through trial.
💼 Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000
📍 Location: New York, NY (5 days in office)
What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys throughout the full lifecycle of litigation—from case inception to trial
- Serve as a key liaison between attorneys and clients
- Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation
- Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and court filings
- Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- A proactive, “no task too small” attitude
- Experience supporting cases through litigation and trial
