Litigation Paralegal

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Interaction: Meet with clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clear communication and providing a high level of customer care.
• Legal Documentation: Handle electronic filing with the Court, draft and file complaints, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents.
• Medical Record Management: Regularly gather, review, and update medical records, bills, and other relevant documents from medical providers and third-party processing sites.
• Case Preparation: Manage all aspects of case prep, including creating detailed Excel itemizations of medical bills and gathering vital case information (police reports, death certificates, EMS reports, etc.).
• Scheduling: Coordinate mediation, depositions, hearings, and related legal proceedings while ensuring all documents are prepared for successful outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure smooth case progression and support on litigation tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience handling litigation cases within the Personal Injury space.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, FileVine, Dropbox, and Adobe. Familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus!
• Drive: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position, based in Boca Raton, FL.
• Monday to Friday, day shift (8:30 am- 5:00 pm)
