Position Summary
Support attorneys on the Litigation Team through active participation in all phases of injury case litigation, from initial case workup and discovery through trial preparation and resolution, while managing deadlines and client communications. The Litigation Paralegal helps ensure exceptional client service and contributes to the firm’s mission of securing fair compensation for clients.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, reflecting typical personal injury paralegal compensation in the Boston area.
Full health benefits are available upon first day of employment and 401(k) matching is offered after one year of employment, with opportunities for professional growth on a collaborative, supportive litigation team.
