Role: Patent Docketing Paralegal
Locations: Madison, Wisconsin or Minneapolis, Minnesota | Onsite/Hybrid
A highly respected Midwest law firm is seeking an experienced Patent Docketing Paralegal to join its Intellectual Property team. Work Schedule
• On-site during initial training (approximately 60–90 days)
• Hybrid schedule available after training (3 days in office / 2 remote)
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain patent docketing systems and deadlines
• Track and monitor USPTO and international filing deadlines
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding patent prosecution timelines
Qualifications
• 4+ years of patent docketing or intellectual property paralegal experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 – $90,000.
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
