Our client, a long-standing Atlanta based AmLaw firm has an immediate need for an experienced IP Legal Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ experience preparing and filing USPTO patent and trademark applications, coordinating with foreign associates, maintaining docket deadlines, and handling attorney time entry and new‑matter intake.
Knowledge of USPTO rules and filing systems, excellent communication skills, and IP docketing tools are required. Paralegal Certification or BS degree is preferred but not required.
