Shift - Monday - Thursday on 9am - 6 pm, Friday on 9am - 1 pm

Seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. Position Overview
The Paralegal plays a key role in supporting estate planning and legal document workflows by preparing, reviewing, and coordinating high-quality legal documents. This position works closely with internal service teams and external estate planning attorneys to ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, contributing to an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and assemble estate planning documents—including wills, trusts, and related instruments—using approved templates and attorney guidelines
- Review legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, including names, dates, formatting, grammar, and personally identifiable information
- Coordinate document workflows with estate planning attorneys, including revisions, approvals, and final production
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting established timelines and service standards
- Maintain organized and current notes, records, and document status within Salesforce and other internal systems
- Schedule client appointments for document review, presentation, and execution
- Assist with preparation for client meetings and document signing
- Perform other duties related to estate planning support and legal operations as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or legal support experience
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal services setting
- Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software
- Availability to attend up to two evening events per month
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Paralegal Certificate or formal paralegal education
- 2+ years of estate planning experience
- Background in professional or financial services environments
- Familiarity with wealth.com or similar estate planning platforms
