Sr. Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000


LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected and reputable law firm in search of an experienced Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal for a fully onsite position in downtown Orlando.


This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable Sr. T&E paralegal who enjoys hands-on work and wants to make an immediate impact in a client-centric, busy practice group. We're looking for someone with recent, tenured experience in Florida trust and estate administration who can hit the ground running across all aspects of estate and trust administration.




Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate administration from start to finish
  • Assist in preparing state and federal fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041)
  • Assist with state and federal estate and gift tax returns (Forms 706 and 709)
  • Prepare estate planning, trust administration, and probate documents for filing
  • Track deadlines and manage multiple matters with precision
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys while maintaining strict confidentiality



Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recent and tenured paralegal experience in FL estate administration (high-net-worth estates required)
  • A college degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred.
  • Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation preferred, but not required.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with fiduciary accountings, estate, and gift tax returns is required.
  • Proficiency in drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, POAs, and healthcare directives is required.
  • Strong time management, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional client service and clear written/verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail with excellent proofreading.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and estate administration software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Willingness to work onsite daily in downtown Orlando.
