Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal located in Bloomington, MN. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with medical record review, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring all case documentation is meticulous and accurate. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with clients, managing case files, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review
• Strong foundation and knowledge in law and legal processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to conduct thorough research to support case strategies
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with personal injury law is advantageous, though not required
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
