Dealer & Distributor Outside Sales Representative – Texas


Roca USA is seeking a hungry, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Texas branch. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who thrives on building relationships, pursuing new business, and closing deals. You will help grow our Texas sales division, with potential opportunities in other territories.

As a key member of our team, you will drive sales, support the growth of the Roca, DUNE, and Evolux (LVT) brands across interior and exterior markets, and play a critical role in expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is persistent, flexible, and proactive, comfortable prospecting and following up, and motivated to achieve measurable results. Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, follow up on leads, and persistently pursue opportunities to close new business
  • Develop and manage customer relationships within your territory (main areas: San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi)
  • Visit and support distributors, dealers, and key accounts
  • Identify high-value projects and new business opportunities through visits, emails, and cold calling
  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports
  • Analyze accounts and develop sales plans for your territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly preparing price quotes, scheduling visits, and answering customer questions.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed
  • Some overnight travel required (20%-30%)



Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience; building materials sales experience preferred
  • Experience with porcelain or ceramic tile is a plus
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or a related field is a plus
  • Interest in interior design is a plus
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and hands-on
  • Persistent and driven to prospect, follow up, and close deals
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
