Aglow Permanent Lighting installs premium smart LED permanent lighting systems for homes throughout the East Bay. We help homeowners improve curb appeal, beauty, security, and year-round nighttime presence with clean, elegant exterior lighting solutions.
Aglow Permanent Lighting is hiring a high-performing In-Home Sales Consultant / Canvassing Closer to help grow our presence throughout the East Bay.
This role is for someone who knows how to generate opportunities, get in front of homeowners, and close deals on the spot. You will be canvassing neighborhoods, meeting homeowners in person, presenting premium permanent lighting solutions, and turning conversations into signed contracts.
If you are strong at door-to-door, confident in the home, and motivated by performance-based pay, this role has serious upside.
What You’ll Do
- Canvass target neighborhoods to generate high-quality leads and sales
- Meet homeowners in person and conduct lighting estimates
- Present premium lighting solutions and close contracts on the spot
- Follow up with prospects by phone and text until each lead has a clear outcome
- Build your own pipeline while also working company-generated opportunities
- Represent the Aglow brand with professionalism, urgency, and strong communication
Minium Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, in-home sales, or closing, ideally in home services, construction, solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, or a related field
- Self-starter who does not wait for business to come to you
- Comfortable knocking doors, starting conversations, overcoming objections, and creating opportunities in the field
- Knows how to build trust with homeowners, present value clearly, and ask for the sale
- Ability to follow up consistently and understand that strong sales performance comes from both activity and closing ability
- Competitive, resilient, and hungry to earn
