We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, serious and hard working individuals for our full time Sales Representative, Outside Sales, Roofing Sales, Sales Rep, Canvasser! We are hiring immediately!
The job is located at 23736 W 119th St, Plainfield IL
Compensation base salary plus commission $80,000 up to $350,000 NO CAP on sales
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Rep include:
- Identify homes with potential storm damage
- Provide home-owners free roof inspections
- Acquire new accounts through outdoor sales, cold calling, marketing material distribution etc. any available resources
- Help file insurance claims with homeowners and follow up on the claim progress with insurance company
- Meet with insurance adjusters at the customers properties to agree to the work needed to be covered
- Oversee the job whether its a roof replacement, or additional supplements from start to finish

Requirements for the outside Sales rep :
- Capable of carrying ladders and climbing on roofs and not afraid of heights
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Outdoor sales and canvassing experience
- Maintain a professional attire and attitude at all times
- Reliable transportation to work - You will use company vehicle to do your job during the day but cannot take it home with you
- Might require evenings or weekend works because this is when homeowners are at home!
NO CAP on sales.
