We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced, 100-person office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a productive, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment while supporting employees, leadership, and overall business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office layout, seating arrangements, and space planning
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and maintenance vendors
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and office improvements
  • Manage office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.) and ensure functionality
  • Oversee office cleanliness and organization
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications


Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership
  • Experience managing offices of 50+ employees (100+ preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facilities operations
