Our client is a Financial firm located in Miami seeking a Office Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, acting as the go-to resource for all on-site needs and issues
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution
  • Provide operational support to additional office locations as needed, which may include occasional travel
  • Manage all facilities-related functions including office supplies and routine maintenance
  • Serve as the key liaison to leadership on operational matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational standards
  • Maintain a premium, "white glove" level of service
  • Lead the Miami office build-out project, serving as the primary point of contact for the office relocation to ensure on-time, high-quality completion


Qualifications:


  • 6+yrs experience in office management/facilities management
  • Proactive and capable of working with minimal direction
  • Open to occasional travel to support operations at other office locations
  • Highly organized and solutions-oriented


The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
