Our client, a professional office environment in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, you will be an essential part of the administrative support structure, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, excellent communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $18.00/hr.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm, 24 hours per week

What's the Job?

  • Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Order and maintain office supplies, track office expenses, and assist with budgeting
  • Serve as the central point of contact between managers and staff, facilitating communication and coordination
  • Process invoices, handle accounts payable and receivable, and manage billing for room rentals and bookings
  • Perform light duties such as maintaining the kitchenette, making coffee, and distributing mail

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with invoice processing and basic accounting functions
  • At least 3-4 years of administrative experience in a professional environment is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliability and punctuality in reporting to work daily
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities and visitors
