A fast-paced and highly collaborative financial services firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a Contract Office & Facilities Operations Coordinator to support their Office Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic corporate environment, thrives on staying organized, and takes pride in helping an office run smoothly day-to-day.
This position will support a large, high-performing office and work closely with a small operations team responsible for facilities coordination, employee experience, and internal office events.

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Fully onsite
