Position: Facilities Coordinator

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay: $20-25/hr

Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, 401k.


Responsibilities:

  • Pick up mail and manage shipping logistics
  • Set up conference rooms and assist with catering arrangements
  • Ensure office cleanliness and stock supplies
  • Provide backup support for Facilities team members
  • Support remote office locations as needed
  • Assist with invoice management (training provided)


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office support or facilities preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift and move light equipment and supplies
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) is a plus
