We’re actively hiring skilled Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Pueblo, Colorado. If you have hands‑on welding experience and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, modern production environment, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

• Rotating shifts - 2-2-3-3 schedule
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Overtime as needed

As a Production Welder, you’ll play a key role in fabricating high‑quality components using MIG welding techniques. Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing MIG welding on mild steel and occasional stainless steel
• Material preparation, layout, tacking, grinding, sanding, and finishing work
• Inspecting welds and completed parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintaining welding equipment and managing consumables
• Following safety guidelines and keeping a clean, organized work area
• Working collaboratively to meet production goals

Experience from non‑traditional manufacturing backgrounds—such as autobody repair, metal fabrication, mechanical work, or hands‑on welding trades—is highly valued.

Required Skills

• Practical experience with MIG welding (additional experience with SAW, TIG, or Oxy‑Acetylene is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using rolling equipment, overhead cranes, or working with large components
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with welding automation or Lean Manufacturing principles

• Fabrication, mechanical assembly, or production/manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable, team‑oriented mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
