The role is incredibly physical, involving extensive walking on cement floors, frequent lifting, and constant movement throughout the shift. You will interact regularly with project managers, a team of approximately 22 installers, and 8 material handlers in a high-visibility setting where professionalism and attention to detail are essential. The standard schedule is typically 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break, generally totaling around 40 hours per week.
