They are currently looking to make their next strategic hire and bring in a skilled mechanical engineer for a key growth position in Dallas. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• HVAC-focused coursework or specialized training preferred
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical HVAC design and engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Bluebeam, and related software tools
• Experience with Trane Trace 3D or similar HVAC load calculation and analysis software
• Energy modeling experience is considered a plus
