Marketing Director, Content & Events (Healthcare) Bilingual

New York, NY (Onsite – Monday–Friday)

We are partnering with a well-established and growing mission driven healthcare organization in NYC to identify a dynamic and creative Marketing Director, Content & Events who is Bilingual to support and elevate their marketing, communications, and brand initiatives.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on content development, digital media execution, public relations, and campaign coordination, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will play a key role in executing campaigns, maintaining brand standards, and supporting both internal and external communications.

We are seeking someone who is outgoing, highly creative, and thinks outside the box, with a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Support the execution of marketing and communications strategies across departments
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all materials
  • Coordinate timelines for campaigns, events, and marketing deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of creative assets and promotional materials

Creative Development & Design

  • Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, social graphics, and reports
  • Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all communications
  • Fulfill creative requests across departments in alignment with leadership direction

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Manage and support social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube)
  • Create and schedule content aligned with organizational priorities and campaigns
  • Track engagement and support performance reporting and analytics

Public Relations & Communications

  • Draft and manage press releases (required) and key communications
  • Support media outreach, interview coordination, and press opportunities
  • Conduct interviews with staff, providers, and partners to develop compelling content
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support government meetings and communications

Event & Campaign Support

  • Support planning and execution of community events, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and internal initiatives
  • Develop event-related materials including invitations, programs, and digital promotions
  • Provide on-site support including photography, video capture, and content creation
  • Assist with post-event marketing and follow-up campaigns

Website & Digital Presence

  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and engagement
  • Support development of campaign landing pages and digital updates
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as needed

Content Development

  • Develop provider and staff profiles to support engagement and outreach
  • Produce written, photo, and video content to support storytelling initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations within a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) (required)
  • Strong experience with press releases (required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, and basic video editing
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
