Position Summary:

This position leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across retail and digital channels, connecting brand, creative, merchandising, and performance marketing to drive store traffic and eCommerce growth while ensuring alignment with business goals and the Kesslers brand.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategy aligned to revenue, growth, and brand objectives
  • Translate business goals and product priorities into multi-channel marketing plans across retail and digital
  • Own marketing performance, including KPI development, analysis, and optimization to drive traffic, conversion, and ROI
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance, trends, and market opportunities
  • Partner closely with merchandising and buying teams to align product strategy with marketing initiatives
  • Lead campaign strategy and execution from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities
  • Oversee brand storytelling and creative direction to ensure a consistent voice, visual identity, and elevated brand experience
  • Drive initiatives that increase store traffic, eCommerce growth, and overall customer engagement
  • Collaborate with retail leadership to align marketing efforts with store-level priorities and customer experience
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including paid media, social, and email
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Establish processes, workflows, and partnerships that improve marketing effectiveness and organizational alignment
