Director of Marketing

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to join a fully integrated private equity real estate firm based in Houston. This individual will lead all marketing initiatives across the platform and support a diverse portfolio of development projects spanning multiple asset classes. Reporting directly to the executive team, this role requires a versatile marketing leader who is comfortable operating both strategically and tactually in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

This is a full-time in-office position based in the Galleria area

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute all companywide marketing, branding, and communications initiatives
• Develop marketing strategies for development projects across multiple asset classes including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use
• Create and oversee investor presentations, pitch materials, and corporate communications
• Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, social media, email campaigns, and brand positioning
• Coordinate with leasing, acquisitions, development, and executive leadership teams to support business objectives
• Oversee third-party vendors including graphic designers, photographers, PR firms, and marketing agencies
• Plan and execute events (internal and external), industry conferences, and corporate branding initiatives
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and materials

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience within commercial real estate
• Experience supporting multiple asset types and development projects preferred
• Strong background in branding, communications, and strategic marketing execution
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a lean environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools preferred

Compensation: up to $180,000 DOE + annual bonus
