Marketing & Advertising Manager

SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Director of Advertising & Marketing to work in the South LA area. This position will be responsible for all digital media marketing programs, working with outside agencies. The chosen candidate must have experience with developing marketing strategies, preferably with aviation/aerospace products. Strong CRM project management is a big plus. This will be a 100% on-site contract position on 1st shift.

Requirements

• MUST have minimum of 5 years of experience
• Must be able to take on CRM project with Oracle, must build and maintain it
• Will manage social media strategy
• Prefer someone from some type of manufacturing or aerospace industry, must know who the target audience to sell helicopters is, no entertainment industry
• No direct reports, will oversee external agencies and will work alongside 1-2 people in the department
