Position Overview

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, brand visibility, and pipeline growth across our B2B customer base. This role is highly hands on and focused on generating measurable results, supporting sales, and scaling marketing efforts.


You will play a key role in shaping how we go to market, with direct influence on lead generation, campaign performance, and overall growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities


Growth Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals
  • Identify opportunities to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better results


Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi channel campaigns including email, digital advertising, and content
  • Drive inbound and outbound lead generation efforts across target industries
  • Manage campaign budgets and track ROI


Digital Presence & Analytics

  • Oversee website performance, content, and conversion optimization
  • Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs across the funnel
  • Use data to drive decision making and continuous improvement


SEO, Paid Media & Optimization

  • Manage SEO and paid media strategies to increase visibility and qualified traffic
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve performance


Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to align messaging and go to market strategy
  • Support sales enablement with targeted campaigns and marketing materials


Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5 plus years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B growth or demand generation
  • Experience within packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred
