Manufacturing Machine Associate

CNC Laser Machine Operator – 1st Shift (6:00am–4:30pm)

Pay: $18/hr for entry‑level; up to $24/hr for candidates with CNC laser setup or burn table setup experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm (OT available)

We’re hiring a motivated CNC Laser Operator to join our 1st shift production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to break into CNC machine setup and operation—no prior experience required. Candidates with CNC laser or burn table setup experience will start at a higher pay tier.

This position offers consistent hours, hands‑on training, and plenty of overtime for those who want to maximize earnings.

• Operate CNC laser cutting equipment in a fast‑paced production environment
• Assist with basic machine setup, loading/unloading material, and part handling
• Learn CNC laser setup, tooling, and machine operation from experienced operators
• Operate forklift and crane to load/unload materials
• Perform routine quality checks using measurement tools
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support production goals by running parts efficiently and accurately

• Entry‑level candidates welcome — we will train
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle sheet metal and raw materials
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Experience with CNC laser setup or burn table setup is a plus and qualifies for higher pay

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
