We are hiring a Managing Attorney – Pre-Litigation to take full ownership of a critical, high-volume department and drive performance at scale. This is not a maintenance role. This is a leadership mandate.

What You’ll Own
Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead and develop a team of ~35 (attorneys, case managers, and legal staff)
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
- Coach, mentor, and elevate future leaders
Driving Results
- Own key KPIs: demand completion, cycle time, case value, and productivity
- Identify underperformance quickly and take decisive action
- Set clear expectations and enforce performance standards
Case Strategy & Execution
- Oversee case progression from intake through resolution
- Guide strategy on liability, damages, and negotiations
- Partner closely with litigation on escalations and transfers
Operational Impact
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
- Optimize workflows across intake, legal, and support teams
- Use data to drive decisions and performance outcomes
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with firm leadership and other departments
- Align case quality with successful outcomes
- Contribute to broader operational strategy
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- JD and active Colorado Bar (in good standing)
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (pre-lit required)
- Proven leadership experience (Managing Attorney or similar)
- Track record of driving performance and accountability
- Experience managing teams or high-volume caseloads (200+ cases)
- Strong case results and negotiation success
- Experience with systems like Filevine, Lead Docket, or similar
Nice to Have
- Texas Bar license
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Experience in high-growth or scaling environments
- Familiarity with EOS
