📢 Land Use & Zoning Attorneys (Junior + Partner) | Miami, FL


We’re partnering with a well-established Miami-based law firm focused on land use, zoning, and development matters representing developers, property owners, and institutional investors across South Florida.


Due to a strong pipeline of work, the firm is looking to add both:

  • Junior Associates (1–3 YOE)
  • Senior/Partner-level Attorneys (no portable book required)


🔹 What You’ll Work On

  • Land use and zoning matters across multiple South Florida municipalities
  • Rezoning, variances, and development approvals
  • Preparing and managing applications, filings, and entitlements
  • Exposure to public hearings (planning boards, zoning boards, city commissions)
  • Direct collaboration with developers and key stakeholders


🔹 Who This Is For

Junior Attorneys (1–3 YOE)

  • Experience in land use, zoning, or local government
  • Exposure to public hearings or municipal processes is a plus
  • Strong drafting and ability to manage multiple matters

Senior / Partner-Level Attorneys

  • Significant experience in land use, zoning, or municipal law
  • Comfortable handling complex development matters and approvals
  • Prior government or private practice experience welcome
  • No portable book required


🔹 Requirements

  • Active Florida Bar
  • Based in Miami / South Florida or open to relocation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $240,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
