Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate

Location : Phoenix, AZ

A Nationally recognized firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join a fast-paced legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters, including employment claims and restrictive covenant disputes
• Draft and review bonus and compensation plans
• Prepare employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, and employment policies
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in labor & employment law preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Eligibility:

• Admission to the Arizona Bar is required
