Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr on W2

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Maintenance System Coordinator to support maintenance operations at our Sheboygan Falls facility. This role is ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined, possess strong computer skills, and are interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting maintenance and reliability activities in a manufacturing environment.

The coordinator will maintain plant maintenance data within ERP/CMMS systems, assist with spare parts inventory management, support maintenance projects, and help improve maintenance processes across the facility.


Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain plant maintenance data in ERP and CMMS systems.
  • Manage maintenance master data for equipment assets.
  • Update preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration records based on maintenance team feedback.
  • Support maintenance reliability initiatives and documentation updates.

Inventory & Spare Parts Management

  • Assist with spare parts inventory and storeroom management.
  • Coordinate spare parts supply and inventory activities.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers when required.

Maintenance Support

  • Conduct maintenance task observations and time studies.
  • Assist with maintenance task digitization projects.
  • Support shop improvement initiatives.
  • Perform equipment tagging and identification activities in the field.
  • Contribute to maintenance process improvement projects.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Assist with updating work instructions and procedures.
  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations.

General Duties

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment with guidance.
  • Read gauges and understand units of measurement.
  • Use precision measuring instruments.
  • Support team goals and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Mechanically inclined with an interest in maintenance operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance personnel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse, or industrial experience.
  • Vocational, technical, shop, or trade school training.
  • High school coursework related to mechanical or technical fields.
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems or CMMS software.
