MasterCare Protection and Cleaning is a flooring maintenance and emergency services corporation. For over 30 years, our small business has proudly maintained a reputation for being a high-quality service provider. Our services include carpet, stone, wood and tile cleaning, and emergency services such as water damages, mold remediation, and reconstruction. We currently have an opening for a full-time in-office operations coordinator.



Your Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

•Coordinate the activities of Field Service Technicians that are involved with assignments and provide work direction

•Ensure that Field Service team has necessary documentation needed for all service appointments.

•Support Sales Staff in providing work direction to ensure an efficient and profitable utilization of Field Service Technicians

•Manage and maintain organization of Field Service data

•Customer service follow-up

•Assist with customer billing and payment collection

•Create and incorporate process improvements



Competencies and qualifications

Required:

•Outstanding planning and organizational skills.

•Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

•Attention to detail and accuracy in all phases of work

•Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

•Proficient PC usage with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

•High School Diploma required


Preferred:

•Must be able to perform multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

•Utilize innovation and creativity to generate forward-looking ideas

•2+ Years experience in a field service or planning role.

  • •Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree desirable.



Starting Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)
