Litigation Paralegal | Trial Support Focus | Houston, TX (In-Office)
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a top law firm supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation and trial. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role requiring exceptional organization, judgment, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned in fast-paced, high-stakes matters.
This individual will play a key operational role in trial preparation and execution, including in-person trial support and occasional travel within Texas.
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial matters
- Lead trial preparation efforts, including organizing materials, exhibits, and case files for courtroom use
- Travel ahead of trial to assist with setup, organization, and preparation of trial logistics (including war room coordination when needed)
- Provide on-site trial support, serving as a central coordination point during proceedings
- Manage document production, including review, organization, and quality control (Bates labeling, indexing, and formatting)
- Prepare, file, and manage legal documents in compliance with court rules and deadlines
- Maintain litigation calendars, tracking filings, hearings, and key milestones
- Coordinate with opposing counsel and external teams regarding scheduling, logistics, and document exchange
- Assist with deposition and hearing preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management
- Ensure all filings and trial materials meet procedural and formatting requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (trial exposure strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting complex litigation matters in federal or specialized litigation environments is a plus
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and litigation workflows
- Experience with document management and e-discovery platforms
- Advanced proficiency in document organization, production, and Bates stamping
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- High attention to detail, discretion, and reliability
Role Requirements
- In-office role (Houston-based) with standard business hours (flexibility such as early start/earlier end available)
- Must be willing to travel for trial support within Texas as needed (a few times per year)
- Ability to work extended hours during trial periods, including evenings and occasional weekends

Compensation
- $80,000 – $90,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonus potential
