AppleOne is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a leading national law firm specializing in litigation on behalf of our client. This role is based in the Wilmington office, with an in-office schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (hybrid flexibility on other days possible).


Position Overview Our client is a premier firm recognized for superior work product, exceptional client service, and a distinctive culture rooted in mass tort litigation. With more than 100 attorneys across 14 offices in 12 states, the firm serves as national, regional, and trial counsel to Fortune 500 companies in high-risk plaintiff jurisdictions. Clients span industries including energy, construction, manufacturing, technology, transportation, insurance, and liability-related sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with strong litigation support skills to contribute to complex defense matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.


Salary: $65-85,000/yr (depending on experience)

Office Location: Wilmington, DE 19801


Must-Have Requirements

  • Paralegal Certificate from an accredited school (required)
  • Delaware filing experience (critical – must have hands-on experience filing in Delaware courts)
  • 5–6+ years of paralegal experience
  • Full litigation support experience from onset of suit through trial/resolution
  • Strong medical and case document handling (collection, organization, analysis, summarization)


Role Overview

Immediate new Paralegal opening supporting a litigation team in Wilmington. The role focuses on managing cases from filing through resolution, with emphasis on document review, research, and trial preparation. Type of law is flexible — bonus for personal injury or toxic tort experience, but not required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and report on cases from filing to resolution, including trial-set matters
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize case documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, medical/employment records, appellate briefing)
  • Conduct factual, legal, and docket research to support client defenses
  • Prepare reports for upcoming trials and significant matters
  • Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery responses, production documents) as requested by attorneys
  • Communicate professionally with counsel network across the country


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who works independently and proactively follows up on tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional/DC
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
