We are representing a well-established, multi-state law firm with over 50 years of success representing lenders, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and some of the nation’s largest bank in commercial and consumer collections, bankruptcy, and asset recovery matters.

Operating across 7 states with 4 offices to provide strong regional reach.


This is an opportunity for a Virginia-barred attorney to step into a high-volume, hands-on litigation role with strong compensation, consistent work, and a structure that removes the pressure of billable hours.


Position Overview

This role focuses on commercial and consumer litigation, including creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and collection-related matters. Attorneys will manage cases from inception through resolution, with regular court appearances and direct client interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial and consumer litigation matters
  • Appear in court and represent clients in hearings
  • Work closely with institutional clients and internal teams

What They’re Looking For

  • Active Virginia Bar admission (required)
  • Litigation experience (open to all levels)
  • Experience in creditors’ rights, collections, or bankruptcy is a plus
  • Ability to manage a caseload and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with court appearances and client interaction


Work Environment

  • Hybrid structure with initial in-office training
  • Long-term flexibility of 2–3 days in office depending on experience


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$220,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
