Irvine, CA | Civil Litigation Associate (3–5 yrs) | HYBRID
This role offers a mix of business, real estate, and general liability matters, along with the opportunity to take real ownership of cases in a collaborative, supportive environment.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Handle cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court appearances and hearings
• Participate in trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
🔹 Requirements:
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with motion practice and discovery
• Deposition experience preferred
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• California Bar admission in good standing
